About Our Company
House Engineering Services was established in
Sulaymaniyah in 2012 and has participated in many
large and small private and government projects. Year
after year, the company has continued to expand its
operation. In 2021, the second branch of House
Engineering Services was opened in Erbil and continues
to work in cooperation with a group of experienced
engineers and expert staff in the field of engineering
design and implementation.

Graphic Design
House Engineering Services was established together
with sister company Copy House.
The two companies work side by side to support each of the two
independent businesses.
Copy House focuses on graphic design, branding and
advertising and carries out its work with the highest quality of
printing services, plots, catalogs, posters, logos, leaflets and
rollups
Our design and Management Approach
Generally, the work of House Engineering Services team starts with requirements
gathering, by arranging meetings with clients to fully understand their needs. This
is then followed by site visits for overall site surveying. After this, from concept
drawings to detailed workshop drawings. 2D AutoCAD. 3D Inventor Solid
Modeling. sketching and designs are worked on. then clients are met again to
review the designs developed. Virtual Reality (VR) system is used to showcase the
3D designs to clients. Once the final designs have been approved by the client,
work commences on the construction phase which starts off with foundation and
structure work followed by piping, irrigation, electrical and mechanical work.
Once construction is completed, work commences on interior design, decoration,
landscaping and furnishing according to the designs initially approved by the
client. On many housing projects, House Engineering Services have worked from
A-Z, from ground zero to handing out keys for a fully furnished house. House
Engineering Services always operate to international engineering standards and
HSE processes and always use the highest quality products and construction
materials/brands.

Jannat Alfirdous is a general contractor who has been working in Iraq and abroad since1981 in the field of investment, many projects of villas, apartments', gardens, offices and residential places in the provinces of Sulaymaniyah, Erbil and Baghdad
